What If I Have My Own Artwork?
That’s great! Please refer to our included templates and artwork upload requirements before submitting for best results and quickest turnaround time. Our designers will review your artwork and triple check that it will render properly on your custom product. You will still receive a complimentary 3D mockup so you can visualize exactly what you are getting. We will make accommodations to properly setup your artwork. Occasionally, If drastic changes are needed such as converting a logo to vector format, there may be additional fees.

How Long Does It Take?
As soon as payment is received for your design kit and the intake form has been submitted, our designers will create your display art on average within 3-5 business days. This could be faster. The process depends on how quickly we receive your feedback and the complexity of your desired art.
How Will I Approve My Design?
At Display Pros, our mission is to provide the best ordering experience available. To that end, we have created a process where we provide the flat artwork as well as a 3D rendered mockup of your finished product. We will send you a proof approval to your that can be completed with electronic signature.
Can I Request Revisions?
You are welcome to request revisions as needed. Please note that each additional request will add to the design time. This will delay being entered into the production queue so it is important to plan accordingly.
